The Minister of Communications and Technology, Mr. Jama Hassan Khalif, praised the working process of the National Telecommunications Agency

(Mogadishu – March 8, 2023)…. The Minister of Communications and Technology, Mr. Jama Hassan Khalif, praised the working process of the National Telecommunications Agency, which won the ISO 9001:2015 certificate, making it the first government agency to receive the ISO certificate.
The minister said that HIQ is responsible for the regulation of telecommunications which is important for the development of the country’s finances in collaboration with other relevant government agencies.
ISO certification is achieved through an assessment process that includes the development of a quality management system, examination and review of management system documents and a comprehensive overall assessment
